In March 2018, True Mother asked eight Cheon Il Guk leaders to offer special devotions (jeongseong) at Jeongshim Won every night for 21 days to create a spiritual foundation for the victorious firm settlement of Cheon Il Guk. This 21-day period was extended and has been continuing for many years. On June 1, 2020, True Mother proclaimed a seven-month course and asked the leaders and members in Korea to join the ongoing special night devotions at Jeongshim Won. True Mother said that we should be able to command and mobilize the spirit world from Jeongshim Won.

On October 10, 2020, True Mother triumphantly led the Cheonbo Festival, registering Cheonbo families in Cheonbo Won, and the following day, October 11, at the victory celebration, she gave Jeongshim Won (情心苑, Garden of Heart and Emotion), the prayer hall at the training center, a new name, christening it “Cheonshim Won” (天心苑, Garden of Heaven’s Heart). Establishing Cheonshim Won as a providential organization, she designated it as a place to nurture second- and third-generation spiritual leaders for Cheon Il Guk.

“I have brought the third generation forward to establish the tradition of the providence. While I am on earth, I will create all environments to be free-flowing, like running water. I will plan and develop Cheonshim Won as a place to cultivate talented individuals as pure water who can communicate with the pure and clean heart of Heaven.” - Holy Mother Han

Cheonshim Won is the worldwide headquarters for jeongseong (devotions). It is the main sanctuary for jeongseong in Cheon Il Guk, the main headquarters for the spiritual providence, and the center for developing the spirituality of Cheon Il Guk leaders and blessed families. Cheonshim Won is a place where blessed families can resonate with the heart of Heaven. It is a holy sanctuary where people can have direct dialogue with Heavenly Parent, much as Adam and Eve could. It is a place where people can resonate with the heart of Heaven (天心, Cheonshim) so that the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind can have an eternal connection by which to govern the earthly world.

True Father and True Mother are one in heart, one in body, one in thought, and one in harmony. True Mother is within True Father, and True Father is within True Mother. True Father and True Mother are advancing the providence together in both the spiritual and physical worlds. As a couple who are the embodiment of Heavenly Parent, True Parents are the visible Heavenly Parent of Day, freely operating in both the spiritual and physical worlds, guiding the providence. Cheonshim Won plays a crucial role at the center of this.

Cheonshim Won is a place where True Father carries out his works. Miracles occur when we unite with True Parents. By praying and offering jeongseong (devotions) at Cheonshim Won, we can find the insight and wisdom to solve our problems. This is the kind of spiritual foundation that has been prepared for us there. Now we are in a time when the spirit world is operating with an automatic system, when your jeongseong offerings will automatically move those in the spirit world to act. This automatic system has been developed through a foundation of jeongseong built up over 21 years. Cheonshim Won is a source of hope for everyone, the most precious gift, and the key to solving all problems.

When we are on the same frequency as Heavenly Parent and True Parents’ hearts, we experience resonance with them. When we achieve resonance in unity with Heavenly Parent and True Parents, we can hear their voices. Therefore, prayer is not a monologue but resonance with Heavenly Parent and True Parents’ heart. Through the Cheonshim Won providence we can feel that the era is approaching when we can live as perfected spiritual beings on earth, communicating with the spirit world through devotion and prayer. When our hearts unite with the heart of Heaven through offering devotions at the special night vigil at Cheonshim Won, we can feel that we have reached the time for victory in witnessing to others and for the realization of a heavenly unified Korea.

For Heavenly Parent to directly govern the earth while dwelling in the Cheon Won Gung Cheonil Sanctum, a national-level environment needs to be established. National restoration is necessary to create an environment for the attendance of Heavenly Parent. For national restoration, cooperation from the spirit world is absolutely essential. Cheonshim Won is where we offer devotions so that True Father can come from the spirit world to the earth to work for national restoration.

We need to expand the sphere of influence for our Heavenly Parent, so Father in the spirit world needs to take action for this. This is Father’s hope, and it is also the hope of humanity. Therefore, please pray and report earnestly to Father at Cheonshim Won. Pray with devotion, saying, ‘I am going to visit this place today. True Father, please be with me and show me Heaven’s power!’ Actually, national restoration should be completed for the dedication of the Cheon Won Gung Cheonil Sanctum.

When we pray earnestly in absolute unity with True Mother, True Father comes to earth bringing the spirit world. Mother asked us to witness on the foundation of jeongseong (devotions) at Cheonshim Won, and through this expand the foundation for national restoration. The Apostle Paul was a person who looked at the world from an intellectual viewpoint, but after being struck by a spiritual thunderbolt on the road to Damascus, he underwent a 180-degree conversion. He realized there is an explosive path you can take if you act according to your feelings rather than simply analyzing things logically. In expanding the foundation for national restoration, like the Apostle Paul after his conversion, we must harmonize spirit and truth while standing at the center of both the spiritual and intellectual worlds.

True Mother came to establish the Cheonshim Won North America in Las Vegas April 30, 2022.  She cancelled all her plans in Korea and flew to Las Vegas to urgently create the link between this Cheonshim Won and the Hyojeong Cheonbo Training Center in Korea.  This Cheonshim Won is a Hyojeong Cheonbo Training Center to educate and train members to become one with Heavenly Parent.
